Nine civilians were shot dead on Tuesday at a checkpoint supervised by the Maute Group. The victims, who are allegedly Christians, were passing by the checkpoint area of Maute group.
According to the information gathered by authorities, the Maute group in the checkpoint forced the victims to get down from their vehicle, tied their hands, led to a grassy area, and were shot to death.
