National Youth Commission chairperson Cariza “Aiza” Diño Seguerra didn’t like what President Rodrigo Duterte said during the speech that he gave to troops of the 2nd Mechanized Infantry Brigade in Iligan City Friday.
In a Facebook post, Aiza Seguerra urged the President to stop the rape jokes.
“Presidente, tama na po ang rape jokes please.” Seguerra said in his post.
The post of Seguerra received praise from his friends and also from the legendary OPM artist Jim Paredes.
In his tweet, Paredes praised Aiza for reminding the President to not make jokes about rape.

But some people believes that what the President said was not a joke but a warning to his soldiers to avoid committing crimes during Martial Law because he would held liable for all the violations that they may made.
“‘Pag naka-rape ka ng tatlo, aminin ko na akin ‘yun (If you rape three times, I’ll take the blame).” President Rodrigo Duterte said.
The remarks of President Rodrigo Duterte received criticisms from women rights groups and from the international community.
Malacañang Palace also explained the rape joke of President Rodrigo Duterte and they said that he’s only speaking with ‘heightened bravado’.
Spokesperson Abella also said that Duterte would take complete responsibility for the actions of the AFP and even ‘exaggeratedly describing crimes like taking a fourth wife,’
