President Rodrigo Duterte slams the daughter of former U.S President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for cliticising him over his rape comments.
In May 26, Chelsea Clinton criticized and called President Rodrigo Duterte a ‘murderous thug’ over the rape joke that he said during his speech in Iligan City.
“Duterte is a murderous thug with no regard for human rights. It’s important to keep pointing that out & that rape is never a joke” Chelsea Clinton tweeted.
Hi Kevin -Duterte is a murderous thug with no regard for human rights. It’s important to keep pointing that out & that rape is never a joke.

He clarified that the controversial statement that he said is not a joke but a ‘sarcasm’ and he said that he’s a man of sarcasm.
“I’m not joking, I was being sarcastic.. I do not laugh at my own joke” President Duterte said.
“May sinabi ba akong mang rape kayo? Ako ang magsagot sa inyo..Because as Commander-in-Chief, I hold responsible for everything and anything that is done as a consequence of Martial Law” Duterte said.
“I and I alone will be responsible” He added.
Duterte asked Chelsea Clinton if she slammed her father when he allegedly committed abuses against women.
“Sabihin ko sa kanya[Chelsea Clinton], when your father, the President of the United States[Bill Clinton] then..was sc***ng Lewinsky and the girl there in White house. How did you feel? Did you slam your father? ” Duterte said.
He also warned Chelsea Clinton because they ‘live in a glasshouse’
Duterte also repeated the question to Chelsea and asked “When President Clinton was f***ing Lewinsky, what was your statement or reaction?” Duterte said.
Between November 1995 and 1997, Monica Lewinsky a former White House intern admitted that she had nine sexual encounters with the former U.S President, that became the reason to impeach him. But Bill Clinton denied the allegations against him.
Chelsea Clinton is not yet releasing an official statement on President Rodrigo Duterte’s criticisms against her.
The President also slammed the American soldiers and accused them of raping people in the Philippines.
“Ang mga amerikano, anong ginagawa pag nandito yan? Nang rarape” President Duterte said.
He even mentioned the case of Jennifer Laude, a Filipino transgender who killed by an American soldier.
President Rodrigo Duterte faced controversy last week after he allegedly used the rape topic as a ‘joke’ during his speech to soldiers on Mindanao island, where he imposed martial law.
